Tokyo Games Show Kicks Off On September 25th

After the excitement of Gamescon, the next big gaming event is just around the corner. Tokyo Games Show is set to take place between September 25th- 28th and will showcase some of the biggest Japanese games coming soon. Japan’s biggest gaming festival will have a whole host of reveals, demos and details on games from studios like Capcom, Level 5 and Sega.

Xbox is also confirmed to be making an appearance at the show- likely as part of their initiative to delve more into the Japanese gaming scene. We’ve already seen this with games like Final Fantasy VII Remake and FFXIV coming to Xbox. In fact, Microsoft is returning to the event with a showcase of their very own on September 25th at 11am BST. Their presence will include a new look at Ninja Gaiden 4 and hands on with Xbox’s handheld ROG ALLY, which is set to release next month.

Of course, Capcom and Sega are also having a big presence at TGS- with the latter already confirming some of their lineup. Sonic Racing CrossWorlds, Persona 3 Reload on Nintendo Switch 2 and Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O will all have playable demos alongside some yet to be announced games. Could this mean a closer look at the much-anticipated Persona 4 remake revealed earlier this year?

If you’re interested, you can check out news coming out of TGS while it takes place over September 25th-28th later this month
